Yes, it is 100% free. There are no fees of any kind for using the system. But remember, to process credit cards you need a bank account, and you also need a card processor to process the card transactions. This card processor and your bank can charge you fees, but we do not charge you anything, not even commissions on your reservations. So yes, it is completely free.
No you do not need a credit card to sign up. You can start using the system on the standard package which is free. If you decide to move to one of the other packages, you will then need to make a monthly payment by credit or debit card.
No, the standard package and the advanced package has all of the same great features. The only difference is the limits are different as seen above.
Yes they can. As many people as you want can use the same user account. Some operators do this so they don’t have to move to the advanced plan when their business grows. We have no problem with this. The only difficult thing is, you will have less control of your staff and their permissions in the system as all changes will appear as being done by the same staff member. But it is your decision, we have no problem.
Tiqy Pro undergoes rigorous PCI testing to ensure the latest security features are all in place to keep your data and business safe. For additional security, our systems are all running in the PCI Level 1 certified Microsoft Azure Cloud environment. So you can be sure, your business is safe with Tiqy Pro.
No, there is not a setup fee. We believe that you should be able to use something before paying for it to be fully sure it is what you want. This is why we don’t charge a setup fee and offer a free trial for the paid versions. If you want to keep using the system after the trial and you have the advanced package, just start paying the monthly fee, and no additional costs will be charged.
There are no costs if you cancel. It really is a no obligation free trial.
You can cancel your account at any time, If you are on the standard package which is free, just stop using the system or let us know and we will delete your account completely.
Actually, the way we think about it, is that everyone is starting on the standard package which is free. Then if you use the system more and you exceed the limits, we will send you an email and ask if you would like to move to the advanced package. If you have a large office with a lot of employees, or maybe employees spread across different offices, then maybe the enterprise package could be for you. If you are still unsure, send us your email above and we will call you to help you decide or answer any questions you might have.
Tiqy does not do payment collections or payment management. To accept credit cards online, you need to have an account with a payment processor. We can help you with this and should be a straight forward process.
No, there are no additional fees. You can make bookings, cancel bookings, edit bookings as many times as you want, or make and receive as many payments as you want, and there are no commissions. The only fees are the base package fee, so if you use more than what is available on the free account, you will need to pay for advanced or enterprise depending on your needs.
That is fine, if your business has some busy periods and other quiet periods, we will look at the average of the whole year, and if your average is below the limits for the advanced plan, that is fine, you can continue with the standard plan.
